Learn the art of the sensual, glamourous fan dance!
Thank you for your interested in fan dance! We offer both group classes and one-on-one private technique and choreography classes.
Our world-renowned instructors are supportive for beginners who need confidence and challenging for professionals who need critique. The most celebrated burlesque performers and teachers in the world are available to you through the New York School of Burlesque!
In September 2019 we are offering three group classes:
The Essential Burlesque Series covers basic movement and props specific to burlesque, including a two-hour session introducing students to feather fans large and small.

Jezebel Express is teaching stand-alone workshops in both beginner/intermediate and advanced fan dance techniques.

Preregistration is required to prevent the class overfilling.
You will receive an email statement from paypal that your payment went through; this is your ticket. Print this and bring it to class as your ticket, and give it to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
Wear closefitting comfortable clothes and cute socks or ballet shoes (no street shoes or food permitted in the space).
By registering you affirm that you understand that you should consult a doctor before beginning any movement or exercise program, and that you will not hold the teachers, institution, or venue responsible for any injuries that may result.

This is not part of a series and you may take classes at any time in any order. However, class size is limited in order to ensure the quality of the class, so you must register in advance--NO DROP INS.
